With a bit of painting to bring it together, staging to showcase the great space, powerwashing to clean up the deck, and switching out a few light fixtures, this space really shined! We combined the physical prep with bright photography, clear documents to highlight amenities, and boom! We were under contract in the first weekend with great terms!

The seller of this property needed to sell quickly and for top dollar in order to cover the updates she had done to the property. We decided to highlight the care she had taken for the home, the opportunity for gardening and quick access to downtown via the Ellerbee Creek Trail. Since she had great style, we were able to utilize her furniture, use an excellent photographer and bring it to market quickly! We went under contract within days and when we closed, we had surpassed the highest price per square foot anywhere in the neighborhood!

Every house has the perfect buyer just waiting to call it home! This lovely Tudor style home in Chapel Hill had a great location, was incredibly well maintained, and a floor plan with a lot of options for flexibility. The sellers prepped well for market and we showcased all of its potential, but even with the right conditions, it still took a bit of time to find the right match. Once we were under contract, we negotiated terms so that the buyers could move in feeling great and the sellers could step into the next season of life!

The owners of this cute home took excellent care, so when it was time to sell, we wanted to highlight the care they took to make this house into home. With some decluttering, great photography and coordination, we got this home ready for market, showcased what they had created, and snagged the exact terms they wanted on the first weekend of market!

This adorable condo in Raleigh lived like a townhome and had so much to offer with location and updates! The roof had just been replaced, so together with the seller, we decluttered, painted, switched out some light fixtures to give it a cohesive look and brought it to market! It was under contract within a few days and allowed the seller the opportunity to move on quickly what was next.

When you decide its time to sell, sometimes it is time to sell right now! For this seller, they wanted their home gone as quickly as possible and were ready to make it happen. The home had a previous tenant that had not treated it very well, so we created a plan: repair damages, remediate odors left behind, hire a cleaner, stage the property. Once those items were completed, this property stood out among the rest - we had multiple offers in the first weekend with incredible terms!

These sellers were excited for their next adventure out of state, but needed to sell first! We worked closely with a handyman to repair a few things around the home and to touch up paint in different areas. We then worked to declutter the home to showcase the beautiful space they had! These small details paired with excellent photography, clear documentation and the right buyer allowed us to go under contract within only a few days so they could make their move across the country!

This incredible home sits in a quiet neighborhood right along the Eno River! The sellers were planning to move before they listed their property, so I went in with my staging partner to create a plan for them: scrape down popcorn ceilings, touch up paint, repair a few things, tidy up the yard, switch out light fixtures, professionally clean, and stage! The property was incredible and we wanted the home to shine as well. Aerial photography highlighted the proximity to the river as well as how beautiful this property is in early fall! Luckily the hard work paid off, and we were able to get a full price offer in the first weekend.

This incredible home in Apex had such a great use of space and flow as well as a wonderful HOA full of amenities. Since it was built in 2020, it was still in excellent condition and featured a detached garage, screened in porch and solar panels! We worked diligently to clean and declutter the home, landscaped to show off the yard and brought it to market! The buzz was incredible and we closed with an offer that almost $20,000 above asking price!
