"Working with Josh was such a treat and a great experience. We live in Florida and are moving to Durham. The pictures and descriptions on Nest's Collaboration Center were great, but not being there in person left us at a deficit. But Josh made up for that in spades! Not only did he visit a few houses that piqued our interests for us while we were in Florida, but he also did some additional research for flood zones and any additions to the houses that might not have been permitted properly. We planned on visiting Durham for a week and sent Josh a list of our top houses. He scheduled them all on a Sunday to help facilitate my work schedule. He shared any information he had on the various neighborhoods and pointed out any possible issues we may have not noted on the various houses. One house really stood out to both of us.
